You can pick-up your vehicle for free from the Horta Airport, city center and from the ferry terminal.

What are the requirements to rent a car?

You must have 23 years old and on hold of a driving license for at least 1 year.

Is a credit card required for the deposit?

Yes if you have the basic coverage. In case you book the Super CDW a deposit is not required, therefore no credit card needed.

The deposit depends on the vehicle you rent but ranges from €700-€1.500.

CDW and Super CDW both with theft protection so you reduce your liability over the damages caused on the vehicle.

Can I bring the vehicle to another island?

Yes, you are allowed to bring the vehicle to São Jorge and Pico for €25 extra per island.
